Everybody wants to know how much their case is worth, and how long their case will take to settle. Every case is different. Several factors can go into how long it may take to wrap up your case and determine how much it is worth. It’s hard to evaluate your case until you have sealed treatment. Once you have finished your treatment, it can depend on the defendant, the insurance company, and even the medicine you have been prescribed. Some cases can be settled within two or three months, while others may take anywhere between two to three years. Every case is different.
